La stratigraphie du tell de 300 m sur 600 atteste d\u2019une pr\u00e9sence humaine constante depuis environ 2300 av. J.-C. jusqu\u2019au XVIe si\u00e8cle de notre \u00e8re. Elles t\u00e9moignent de l\u2019importance du lieu, un port marchand, \u00e0 travers les si\u00e8cles.
